Independent Artist Notice
All artwork sold through this shop is original and created by an independent artist – Brianna Moses of WNC. Each piece is made, designed, or produced by the artist operating this store (mwah!)
Artwork Rights and Usage
When you purchase an item, you are purchasing the physical product only, not the intellectual property or rights to the artwork itself.
All artwork, designs, illustrations, and images remain the sole property of the artist. Purchasing a product does not grant permission to reproduce, copy, distribute, resell, modify, or commercially use the artwork in any form.
Artwork may not be used for commercial purposes, reproduction, or redistribution without written permission from the artist. (I OFFER COMMISSIONS for THOSE purposes! <3 )
Artwork may not be scanned, digitized, uploaded, or used for training artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, or automated image generation tools.
The creation of merchandise, prints, digital products, NFTs, or any derivative works based on the artwork is strictly prohibited without explicit written permission from the artist. (Please reach out to me for collaborative efforts!).
Order Processing
All items are carefully packaged and shipped after purchase. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, custom work, or shop updates. Any estimated processing time listed in the shop is the best estimate before shipment.
I try my best to reach out to customers and keep them updated but I am only one human here at this time :) !
Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping carrier. I am not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered after they leave my possession.

Damaged Items
If an item arrives significantly damaged during shipping, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. I will review the situation and work with you to find a fair solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the circumstances. (I will make it right!!)
Customer Support
If something goes wrong with your order, customers are encouraged to reach out. I aim to resolve issues fairly and will do my best to make things right when possible.
