Thank you for supporting my artwork. Each piece is created with care, and I want you to love what you receive. Please review the following policy regarding returns and refunds:
No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final. Due to the nature of original artwork and made-to-order pieces, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Refunds
Refunds are not offered except in the rare case that an item arrives damaged.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must provide clear photo evidence of the damaged item and its packaging within 7 days of delivery. (The sooner the better)

- Once the damage is verified, I will determine whether a refund, partial refund, or replacement (if applicable) will be issued.
Shipping Liability
I take care to package all items securely. However, once an order is shipped, I am not responsible for lost, delayed, or mishandled packages. Any shipping-related issues must be addressed directly with the carrier.
Custom/Commissioned Work
All custom or commissioned artwork is non-refundable under any circumstances.
